As aSenior Generic Therapy Assistant, you will work alongside our dedicated therapists, providing essential support to ensureresponsive, flexible, and high-quality therapy interventionsfor patients. You’ll be based within our front door services at King’s Mill Hospital, where your skills and dedication will help improve patient outcomes from the very start of their hospital journey.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Collaborating with therapists to assess and support patients with complex needs.
✅ Independently conducting simple assessments and implementing treatment plans within your scope of practice.
✅ Making informed decisions on treatment options in line with agreed guidelines, protocols, and therapy plans.
✅ Supporting and enhancing therapy services to help patients regain their independence and quality of life.
