Candidates working in Transaction Services roles in accountancy practices/Corporate finance boutiques are desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side transaction services projects.
* Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
* Develop and present Independent Business Review (IBR) reports to stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing high-quality, tailored advice.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base.
* Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Work closely with Partners on engagements and strategic plans.
Qualifications:
* ACA (or equivalent) qualified.
* At least 4 years of experience in transaction services, financial due diligence, or conducting IBRs.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
* Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
