Scout is now recruiting for a motivated and dynamic Sales and Letting Negotiator to join our client’s successful estate agency team in Stamford. The ideal candidate will be passionate about property, possess excellent communication skills, and have a drive to achieve sales targets.
You will play a crucial role in facilitating property sales and rentals, providing outstanding customer service to both clients and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct property viewings and open houses.
• Create and maintain attractive property listings across various platforms.
• Liaise with vendors and landlords to gather property information and ensure listings are up-to-date.
• Actively negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Provide expert advice to clients on pricing strategies and market trends.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the local property market to effectively advise clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage client inquiries and respond promptly to emails and phone calls.
• Provide ongoing support throughout the sales and letting process, from initial inquiry to completion.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about competitor activity.
• Analyse market trends to provide clients with accurate and timely information.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Prepare sales and letting agreements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the efficient operation of the agency.
Skills Required:
• Previous experience in sales, letting, or customer service is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients professionally.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.
• Comfortable using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred, as local travel may be required.
