About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager (or an ambitious Account Manager ready to step up) who thrives in a smaller, agile team environment. You’ll have greater autonomy to manage clients and oversee activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
This is a hybrid role with flexibility, requiring occasional travel to our Surrey office (only two days a week).
As part of a close-knit team, you’ll play a key role in managing a diverse client portfolio, developing innovative medical communications strategies, and delivering impactful projects across a range of therapy areas.
What You’ll Do
* Client Management: Build strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted partner. Lead meetings, provide strategic counsel, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.
* Project Management: Oversee a variety of projects, from medical education programs to advisory boards, virtual meetings, symposia, and content creation.
* Team Leadership: Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
* Commercial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability, identifying opportunities for account growth and ensuring projects remain financially sustainable.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: Solid experience in Medical Communications, ideally within an agency setting. Experience with virtual and in-person meetings, publications, and scientific content creation is essential.
* Location: Ideally based in or near Surrey, Hampshire, or Berkshire, with the flexibility to travel into the office a couple of days per week.
