A fast-growing Construction business with offices on the North Kent/SE London border is looking to hire a Finance Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working 3 days per week in the office. Reporting to the Finance Director and working in a fast-paced yet supportive finance team, the Finance Assistant will: Duties of the Finance Assistant Role: Input Monthly Bank Transactions to the general ledger Complete bank and other ledgers reconciliations Dealing with on-line BACS & cash payments Journals input Prepare monthly margins report Assist with updating the P&L reports and indices on Excel Assist with ledger and nominal reconciliation Requirements of the Finance Assistant Role: AAT Qualified or studier or qualified by experience Excellent double-entry bookkeeping knowledge Good MS Excel skills Strong written and oral communication skills Benefits of the Finance Assistant: Hybrid - 2 days WFH Free lunch everyday Pension
