Main duties of the job To be responsible, with the guidance of the Ward Sister for providing leadership and teaching within the Unit environment. Through knowledge, good example and education, enable unit staff to deliver high quality, individualised care. To provide support and supervision of nursing staff, and effectively coordinate and deploy resources within the Unit.
