We are seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at Southam Primary School. As a key member of our supportive and collaborative staff, you will play a vital role in enhancing the learning experiences of our children.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to children, tailoring your approach to their individual needs.
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and enriching lessons across the curriculum.
* Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that allows all children to thrive.
* Collaborate with teachers to monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
