Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding the HR implications of key business initiatives, identifying implications in terms of organization structure, headcount, operational footprint, skills, and capabilities to support business growth.
2. Coaching and developing line managers to enhance competency in managing and motivating their teams across various disciplines, including recruitment, performance management, and employment legislation.
3. Contributing to the development and execution of business initiatives, focusing on organizational change and communication by supporting leaders in compliant people-related processes.
4. Managing all areas of employee relations, including organization change, performance management, and grievance procedures, with the ability to consult and influence leaders on people-related issues.
5. Building and sustaining effective relationships with key partners, both internally and externally, including legal advisors and local service providers.
6. Leading the HR team in developing and executing HR policies and ensuring the efficiency of HR functions, including Payroll and Benefits.
7. Providing leadership and coaching on talent management aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining employees.
8. Promoting adherence to Group Policies and Procedures and relevant employment legislation across all locations.
Minimum Requirements:
1. HR generalist with broad exposure across HR functional specialisms, including ER/IR, Recruitment, Rewards, and HR operations.
2. Strong experience in HR policy, Employment Law, TUPE, and Employee Relations.
3. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments, providing real-time support.
4. Experienced commercial HR leader with excellent communication and influencing skills.
5. Organized with strong prioritization, project management skills, and attention to detail.
6. Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to drive cultural change and foster collaboration.
7. Experience in an HR generalist role at manager level within a geographically dispersed organization.
8. Proven leadership skills, resilience, and ability to prioritize effectively.
9. IT literate and proficient in Microsoft products.
