The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day administration of estates, working on a variety of matters, including those involving business and agricultural assets, taxable and non-taxable estates, and trusts.With a longstanding Tier 1 ranking in the Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide, the team is recognised for its technical expertise and client-focused approach. About the Role Due to increased demand, the Trusts, Estates & Tax team is expanding and requires an additional Probate Executive to assist with estate administration.Key responsibilities include: Handling the administration of estates, including those with complex assets, taxable elements, and related trusts Assisting with inheritance tax planning and tax compliance matters Managing trust administration, ensuring compliance and supporting trustees Providing empathetic and professional client support throughout the probate process Working closely with qualified solicitors and other team members to deliver high-quality legal services The scope of responsibilities will be adjusted based on the candidate's experience and expertise.
