JOB TITLE: Senior Customer Advisor
LOCATION: Birmingham
DURATION: 6 Months - Potential to extend
HOURS: Full-Time - 35 Hours - Monday - Friday between 8am - 6pm
PAY: £13.49 Hourly
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
My high-profile banking client is recruiting for a Senior Customer Advisor. The role is hybrid, requiring the candidate to work on-site 2 days a week and 3 days from home, working normal office hours. However, due to training purposes, the first few months will require onsite working Monday to Friday.
About this Opportunity
Core Responsibilities:
1. Carry out a variety of customer services within a given specialism, both accurately and to the customer's satisfaction.
2. Provide technical advice and guidance on own area of expertise to both external customers and colleagues at all levels.
3. Handle the more demanding/unusual queries/work.
4. Provide support, guidance, and encouragement to other team members, assisting in their training where appropriate.
5. Oversee the work of junior team members to ensure that agreed service standards and workflow deadlines are met.
6. Establish effective transactional relationships to facilitate lead generation, ensuring that customer requirements can be matched to the Bank's services and products and that cross-selling opportunities are maximized.
7. Contribute to the appraisal process of junior colleagues, providing factual evidence for feedback where appropriate.
