We are looking for a Contract Account Manager to support the IPRS PFAS’s contract management activities ensuring precision, accountability, and in alignment with the strategic goals of the organization. Position: As Contract Account Manager for IPRS PFAS Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum subject to experience Permanent position, full time 40 hours per week Monday-Friday Remote working - work from home in the UK. Travel may be required to site locations London, South & East The Contract Account Manager for IPRS PFAS will play a key role in supporting the Transformation Director, with a dotted line to the Commercial Director, by overseeing all aspects of contract management. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the contractual obligations, implementing robust governance processes, and fostering a productive relationship with the prime contractors. The Contract Account Manager will be instrumental in coordinating between departments to ensure that contract terms are fully understood, adhered to, and consistently reviewed for any updates or required modifications. As a contract Account Manager for IPRS PFAS, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the contractual obligations, implementing robust governance processes, and fostering a productive relationship with the prime contractors KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Contract Compliance: Regularly review contract requirements to ensure full compliance, address any emerging issues promptly, and provide solutions that align with contract terms Governance and Reporting: Establish and maintain governance frameworks to monitor contract performance, track key performance indicators, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between the organization and the prime contractors, maintaining a positive and productive relationship, resolving disputes, and communicating contract performance. Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the contract scope, propose mitigation strategies, and work closely with the Transformation and Commercial Directors to address any contract-related challenges. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve contract management processes, implement best practices, and ensure contract management processes meet compliance and operational efficiency standards. Requirements: To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following: Educated to A Level or equivalent relevant experience (E) Proven experience in contract management or a similar role, ideally within regulated industries or government contracts. (D) Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and risk management. (E) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective working relationships. (E) Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage complex contract requirements effectively.
