An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing team on the exciting Fridge Raiders brand (£116m RSV), where youll work on key projects across the portfolio.
Fridge Raiders has been on a transformational journey over the past 5 years, evolving its positioning, opening-up new distribution, and expanding its product portfolio. In fact, its Revenue has more than doubled, and the brand has recruited 1.3m new consumers during this time!
However, the future is even more exciting, as Fridge Raiders is a key part of the Pilgrims Europe growth strategy, and this is where you come in.
Youll support the execution of best-in-class Marketing activity, ranging from NPD launches to new pack designs to BTL campaigns, ensuring everything is delivered to a consistently high standard. As a result, were looking for someone who is passionate about understanding the consumer, managing projects, and working cross-functionally to make things happen at pace.
Our Marketing teams sit at the heart of our business, so youll work with a range of different stakeholders in a variety of functions, as well as our agency partners, collaborating with them to ensure we activate in the market with a bang.

Key Accountabilities:
Develop Bigger, Bolder Innovation:
Lead NPD and EPD projects, with particular focus on the artwork / repro and SKU setup processes, as well as contributing to Business Cases and performance tracking
Execute Excellent Activation:
Lead the development and execution of BTL campaigns, ensuring strong integration across the consumer journey by partnering with Shopper, eCommerce and Field Sales
Set Ourselves Up To Win:
Lead the brands administrative processes (e.g., Brand Scorecard, POs / Budget, Consumer Careline), ensuring everything is completed in a timely and accurate way

Degree-level qualification
1+ year Marketing experience in a FMCG organization
