About the job: In support of the OH Case Manager and Senior Occupational Health & Wellbeing Advisor, you will work within the OH clinical process model to address the health & wellbeing needs of the client, and provide advice to referring managers which is clear, consistent and in line with clinical best practice. You will make every contact count to address the health & wellbeing needs of the client, delivering consistent and concise healthy lifestyle information to enable clients and their managers to engage in health & wellbeing conversations. Your clinics will include management referrals from the client and a number of internal and external organisations, and you will use your clinical knowledge base as a rationale for the content of your reports to referring managers.
Position Details:
1. Permanent position.
2. Full time - 37 hours a week; however, part time will be considered.
3. This order is a grade 8 position, so the salary scale for this post is £36,124 - £39,513.
