Carpenter Multi Trade - North Devon
Experienced Carpenter Multi Trade required in North Devon on social housing maintenance work to work in and around North Devon mainly but some travel to other parts of Devon will be necessary at times.
This opportunity will start off on a temporary basis through us and then turn into a permanent position direct with the client but you could stay on long term self employed, they are flexible.
When permanent, you will receive a Salary of £33-35,000 per annum dependant on experience plus a van and fuel card.
Carpenter Multi Trade Day to Day:
Various maintenance work on domestic properties
Working alongside other trades
Reporting to the supervisor on progress
Travelling to different sites in North Devon/ Devon
Carpenter Multi Trade Requirements:
Good carpentry experience
Previous experience working within social housing
NVQ in Carpentry Level 2 or above
Good attitude
Honest and reliable
Full UK driving license
Own van would be paid milage or a van can be provided
