Your responsibilities Support development of the brand innovation strategy Identify and capitalize on market trends and consumer insights to create and validate innovation concepts Set Product, Packaging/Design, Claim strategy Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of the innovation projects on-time and in-full Monitor and analyze market performance, providing actionable insights to optimize product portfolio. The experience we\\\\\\\'re looking for Marketing experience: FMCG Marketing experience Strong strategic skills and ability to support the execution of brand strategy.
