An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Tidal Family Support for a Contact Supervisor to play a vital role in the delivery of services to families. We are looking for an open-minded, empathetic, and flexible person to join our team, who will be able to provide a welcoming and safe environment for children and their families.
Our Centre provides a safe, relaxed environment for children to meet their non-resident parents or extended family members, with whom they may have little or no contact. Services for families include supervised, supported, and community child contact arrangements, drug and alcohol testing, and reunification work.
All Tidal staff are fully qualified to a level 3 or above in Health and Social Care or Child Care and undertake an enhanced DBS check.
The National Association of Child Contact Centre's (NACCC) is the umbrella organisation which sets the standards for all affiliated Child Contact Centres. It delivers our high-quality ongoing professional training and assesses our full range of services and accreditation, including HR practice and safeguarding procedures.
Our mission here at Tidal Family Support reflects our shared belief that with the right support, separating parents can move on from the trauma of their relationship breakdown, developing their co-parenting skills and keeping their children's needs at the centre of all decision-making going forward.
