In this role, you will: Control, plan, and monitor the daily electronic traffic sheet to optimise fleet operations. Deliver exceptional service to customers while ensuring cost-effective vehicle deployment. Communicate any deviations in planned collections and deliveries promptly, ensuring seamless coordination with the Customer Service Unit (CSU). Strive to achieve and exceed average weekly target revenue levels over a rolling 2-month period. You will not only manage day-to-day operations but also contribute to the long-term improvement of services: Follow up on the root causes of service issues to foster continuous improvement. Maintain rigorous daily process controls to ensure compliance with ISO/QA standards Qualifications: Strong analytical and cost management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
