The Role: As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be to drive growth by leveraging your network of broker contacts, professional introducers, and direct customers. You’ll play a key role in expanding the lender's portfolio, contributing directly to their growth strategy and helping them reach their ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with brokers, professional introducers, and direct customers.
Expand the lender’s bridging portfolio
Ensure funds are deployed efficiently and revenue is maximized.
Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to align business development strategy with company goals.
Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities. The Ideal Candidate:
Strong network within the bridging finance sector (brokers, introducers, and direct customers).
Proven track record in business development, with the ability to bring in new clients and grow existing relationships.
In-depth understanding of residential and commercial bridging finance products.
Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule.
