Temporary Part Time Finance Assistant
Start date: ASAP
End date: End of March
Hours: 9.00am - 5.00pm (Monday to Wednesday - fully office based)
Salary: £14 - £15 per hour
Location: Edinburgh City Centre
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our client's finance department on a temporary part-time basis. Candidates MUST HAVE previous Xero experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Uploading financial documents
2. Reconciling transactions
3. Managing various other tasks related to Xero
4. Processing payroll & handling banking operations
5. Various office administration tasks
What You Bring:
1. A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
2. Previous experience in financial assistance/administration is a must
3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
5. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
