Maintenance Electrician - Days - NO WEEKENDS - Salary up to £40000 + Enhanced OT Rate

Your New Role
This newly created position fits in with the current growth strategy being implemented by the business. While on shift, your core duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
2. Diagnose and resolve electrical issues to ensure minimal disruption to production.
3. Conduct preventive maintenance to enhance system reliability and reduce the risk of breakdowns.
4. Install, maintain, and test electrical components, wiring, and control devices.
5. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support equipment performance and continuous operations.
6. Maintain a professional approach to all breakdown and emergency situations.
7. Plan and prioritize workload in conjunction with engineering and production management.
8. Adhere to compliance with electrical safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
9. Ensure that all documentation is filled out adequately and accurately and recorded up to date on a daily basis.
What You'll Need To Succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be able to display the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician in an industrial/production setting.
2. Relevant qualifications in electrical maintenance.
3. Experience working on machinery repairs including pneumatic and/or hydraulic systems.
4. Ability to diagnose and solve problems.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

A highly competitive salary of up to £40000 is on offer for working across a very desirable Monday - Friday role on days (08:00 - 16:00). This fantastic pay rate is also supported by an excellent benefits package inclusive of an enhanced OT rate of 1.5, 30 days holidays including statutory holidays, and a 5% + 5% pension scheme, all of which is underpinned by a fantastic working culture.
