Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager – Security Sector
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team, specialising in selling innovative and high-quality manned guarding, K9 services, CCTV systems, and Drone Services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the security industry, ready to help expand our client base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across our core services: manned guarding, K9 services, CCTV systems, and drone operations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
* Develop tailored solutions for clients, presenting and negotiating proposals to secure contracts.
* Work collaboratively with our operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity, using insights to inform business strategy.
* Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in business development, ideally within the security sector or related industries.
* Strong understanding of manned guarding, K9 services, CCTV, or drone technology is highly desirable.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
* A proactive, self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
