Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team, responsible for managing and maintaining our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services and systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Carry out maintenance routines on various HVAC equipment.
* Diagnose and repair faults on plant including AC split systems, AHU, refrigeration units, motors, pumps, compressors, fans, drives, ground, and air source heating systems.
* Ensure all Health and Safety obligations are met and coordinated with the project delivery team.
* Maintain sites in a clean manner at all times.
* Produce, manage, and maintain critical spares lists.
* Support the wider maintenance team with general mechanical and plumbing work.
Requirements:
* Proven track record working with AC systems, AHU, and refrigeration systems.
* F-Gas Certification City & Guilds (2079) Cat 1.
* CITB P&P Pipework and Brazing.
* Awareness of risk assessment and working safely with electronic test equipment.
* Ability to follow work instructions, read and interpret technical diagrams, and report technical information as required.
* Experience with manufacturer's certification.
* Good computer skills (MS Office) with sound knowledge of ground and air source systems.
* Possession of a full UK driving licence and CSCS Card is essential.
The successful applicant will support the department's on-call rota and work from various locations within the property portfolio.
