Job Title: Children’s Residential Support Worker (RSW)
Location: Northamptonshire, NN9
Salary: £30,795– £32,795 per annum (inclusive of sleep-in allowance and complex care allowance)
Working Hour: Full-time, permanent
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs) aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required:
1. Full UK Driving Licence
2. L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People Family Practitioner / Level 3 in Residential Childcare
Experience in Years: Ideally experience in supporting children, but passion for working with children is essential
