This is your chance to learn, grow, and make a real impact. What You'll Do: Contract Management: Help prepare, review, and manage contracts using Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook). Keep accurate records and assist with amendments and renewals. Project Coordination: Track project deliverables and deadlines using Microsoft Excel. Become an expert in BigChange software to support job planning and coordination. Problem Solving: Monitor project progress, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Reporting: Prepare and share reports, updates, and summaries using Microsoft Excel and Word. Respond to queries related to contracts and project planning. Finance: Purchase Orders: Assist in creating and assigning purchase orders to jobs/projects using Xero. Invoice Processing: Support the Finance Team with supplier and customer invoices using Hubdoc and Xero. What We're Looking For: Attention to detail: Precision in your work. Organisation: Strong time-management skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills. Problem-solving: A proactive approach to challenges. Numeracy skills: Good with numbers.
