HR Administrator
Full time, Temporary (6 months FTC)
We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the HR People Services function and the wider HR team.
Working closely with the Group People Services Manager and team of HR Coordinators, this role will take responsibility for ensuring our people services are completed in an accurate and timely manner, so we continue to provide a great employee experience.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to collaborate with the various teams and individuals. The right candidate will thrive on ensuring tasks are completed in the right way to the highest possible standard.
Skills and experience you’ll bring to us
1. Proven experience working within an administrative role
2. Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly
3. Ability to prioritise and deal with fluctuating workloads
4. Ability to pay attention to detail whilst sometimes working under pressure
5. Experience using Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Outlook and Excel
6. Strong organisational and planning skills
How you will help us and what you can expect
7. Provide administrative support for recruitment across MSC UK Group, ensuring job adverts are published, CVs being collated, and interviews scheduled in a timely manner Support HR Coordinators to administer onboarding processes within the local and global HR systems
8. Maintaining employee information on HR systems
9. Assigning relevant e-learning modules and monitor timely completion
10. Provide support in completion of starter and leaver packs following set processes during busy periods
11. Supporting HR Coordinators with the administration of all MSC Group UK benefits
12. Work with the wider HR team on projects as and when required
13. Support the People Relations team to manage absence administration compliance
14. Support with the administration of flexible working documentation
15. Support the Learning and Development team with new starter induction day arrangements
16. Support to manage employee mentoring programmes administration
17. Assist with the management of employee photo days
18. Uploading employee training completion records to the HR system
19. Provide support to the well-being and engagement initiatives
