RG Consultancy are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a fantastic manufacturing company based in Stockport. The role has been newly created following a small structure, you will work within a medium sized finance team and report to the Financial Controller.

The Role
* Maintain and manage the Purchase Ledger
* Process all invoices and match with purchase orders
* Ensure all invoices and expenses are coded correctly
* Produce payment runs and expenses
* Chase up missing or late invoices
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Set up new suppliers, send new supplier form and set up on SAGE, verify bank details
* Manage and maintain the accounts inbox dealing with all queries
* Dealing with disputes and discrepancies
* Liaise with procurement in regards to any disputed or queried
The Person
* Experience working in a Purchase Ledger or similar role is essential
* Experience using SAGE would be an advantage
* An AAT qualification or studying will be an advantage
