Key Responsibilities:
Manage patients presenting with a wide range of minor illnesses and minor injuries
Perform clinical triage to prioritise and manage patient needs effectively
Provide high-quality, evidence-based care across acute, urgent, and chronic conditions
Conduct home visits and urgent care assessments where appropriate
Utilise your independent prescribing skills to manage and initiate treatment plans
Work closely with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and the wider multidisciplinary team
Support patient education, safety-netting, and follow-up car
What They’re Looking For:
HCPC-registered Paramedic
Experience in primary care is essential
Independent Prescriber qualification is essential
Confident in managing a wide range of clinical presentations autonomously
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A patient-first mindset with a proactive approach to care
