The above post has become available within KMPT for a dynamic, self-motivated, forward thinking administration apprentice.
The post will be within the Acute Inpatient Service, which is based at our office on the Priority House, Hermitage Lane, Maidstone, Kent ME16 9PH for 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9.00-17.00).
The post holder will study Business Administration Apprenticeship level 3.
Your main duties will be to provide efficient and effective clerical and administrative support, in accordance with the Trust policies and procedures. You will be communicating with staff, managers and clients, both verbally and written.
The role will also require you to input data accurately and securely, deal with telephone calls, internal post or emails on a day to day basis and meet and greet visitors, as required. You will be given experience in a wide range of administrative duties, and supported in your development throughout your apprenticeship.

You will be required to use the RIO software package and training will be provided.
Prior to interview you will be required to undertake a typing test, a numeracy and literacy test as well as a written Trust Values Exercise.
