This is a fulltime post of 37 hours per week, with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday.
This is a fixed-term post for 9 months.
You will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration with evidence of professional development, effective clinical and leadership skills.
This post requires PVG Scheme Membership/Disclosure Scotland Check.
This is a key role within a Community Adult Mental Health Team. As a Nurse Team Leader you will be responsible and accountable for in the delivery of an accessible, high quality and effective service to community mental health patients by working n partnership with patients, MDT, care providers and other agencies. You will ensure a person centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to ensure and maintain mental health strategy. You will be required to develop the service in line with evolving change in mental health services and demonstrate proficiency and experience in clinical, leadership and management skills to achieve this.
