As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of a lead generation plan for our Individual and SMEs direct customers. You’ll look at the performance and growth of our digital platforms, whilst managing the content creation and budget controls. What you’ll be doing: Manage a range of multi-channel and multi-lingual digital paid marketing campaigns to deliver targets for direct individual and SME clients. Lead brand awareness activity and deliver at least one digital brand campaign per year. Deliver marketing collateral, web content, and offline activity linked to driving leads. Manage a paid media remarketing activity to support renewal targets. Strive to optimise the performance of the lead generation activity, renewing customer journeys and positively impacting conversion rates. Drive improvements to SEO and PPC performance, working with the web, content and copy teams. Optimise our paid media activity, proactively coming up with ideas and strategies to consistently increase effectiveness. Manage the paid media activity and launch campaigns for key strategic and transformation projects. Manage the lead generation team, paid media agency and overall paid media budget. What you’ll bring: Hands-on lead generation marketing expertise for B2C – essential. Proven track record in running and optimizing digital paid media channels, with strong knowledge of SEO and organic channels – essential. Team management experience – essential. Experience reporting on marketing funnel performance and proficiency in using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Excel. Hands-on experience using Google analytics (GA4) and Google suite (Google Tag Manager, etc.) Comfortable managing digital media agency and sizeable paid media budget (£1m). Highly organised with strong appreciation for project management principles. Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment, delivering work at pace and within compliance guidelines. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
