Job Summary:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote our construction services, build brand awareness, and support business growth. This position requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, marketing principles, and digital marketing tools, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure our marketing efforts align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:
o Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
o Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
o Collaborate with senior management to define marketing goals and KPIs.
2. Brand Management & Communications:
o Oversee the creation and maintenance of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
o Draft and manage content for marketing materials such as brochures, websites, case studies, project portfolios, and social media profiles.
3. Digital Marketing:
o Manage the company’s digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media management, and online advertising.
o Optimize the company’s website for search engines and user experience.
o Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
4. Lead Generation & Client Relations:
o Develop targeted campaigns to generate leads and attract potential clients, partners, and subcontractors.
o Nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, through regular communication and engagement.
o Coordinate and assist with the preparation of proposals, and presentations for potential projects.
5. Market Research & Reporting:
o Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing decisions.
o Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, brand awareness, and ROI.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Education & Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
o 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
o Proven experience in digital marketing and social media.
2. Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in marketing software/tools such as Google Analytics and similar platforms.
o Familiarity with CRM systems and content management platforms.
o Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
3. Soft Skills:
o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
o Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
o Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
