Group Executive Head Chef / Executive Head Chef - 3 Site Restaurant Group Birmingham - Base Circa £50k - £55k.
Hands on role for a commercially minded Executive Head Chef / Executive Chef that has the skillset to take ownership of the menu strategy & be able to elevate & evolve the current food offering across two sites with a 3rd to be opening soon.
This will be a hands-on Group Executive Head Chef role - leading a team from the front & would suit someone who wants to break free from their current company constraints & shoot the lights out with their next move. You will have autonomy over menu strategy & suppliers and will be given the space to spread your wings.
This is a hands on Group Executive Head Chef role that isn't going to be for everyone. It's aimed at Executive Head Chefs who are growing tired of the thankless corporate contingency and all of the daily tick box exercises and the paperwork that goes with it - or a Group Exec Head Chef at that 'sweet spot' in their career who think their only two options are to either get a move managing a larger team & push for a group role within 6 - 12 months or set up on their own. It's for a Head Chef who knows that there is a lot more to running a restaurant business than just running shifts. It's for a Head Chef who wants the term "my guests" to actually mean something. Perhaps most importantly it's for Head Chefs in companies who don't want to lose the fire in their belly simply because their current company has got nothing better to offer them.
