Digital ASIC Design Engineer 1-3 years’ experience Bristol This is a superb opportunity for an ASIC Engineer to join a world-leading Semiconductor company at the forefront of cutting-edge ASIC development. This role would suit an Engineer perhaps looking for their second role in industry – ideally between 1 and 3 year’s experience. Based in their Bristol office, this role offers a position in Digital IP Design working alongside System and IC architects, Verification, Validation and Software teams. You will have a mixture of demonstrable technical leadership skills and hands-on design experience in low power digital IP. Key Responsibilities Design and Integration of RTL blocks including DSP, SoC and peripheral IP. Documentation including micro architecture and programming guides. Ownership of design work from specification through to delivery. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2 years of ASIC design experience or a Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 1 year of ASIC design experience. Proficiency in RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog. Experience with synthesis, timing analysis, and low-power design techniques. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or TCL As a top company you can expect a base salary between £45,000-48,000 plus generous RSU’s and bonus schemes giving one of the best total compensation packages in the market.
