Main duties include:
* Supporting a number of children with speech and language needs
* Development and delivery of individualised intervention programmes specifically for speech and language
* Providing advice, information and training to staff, other members of the multi-disciplinary support/ clinical wellbeing team
* Performing Speech and Language Therapy assessments of children s needs and formulate intervention plans
To be successful:
The school has requested that the successful candidate has experience as a Speech and Language Therapist within an educational setting/ school/ alternative provision, managing caseloads of learning disabilities and special educational needs. The candidate must be HCPC registered as well as have a Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) registration.
