If you thrive on driving qualified leads, optimising for conversions, and mentoring high-performing teams, this is your opportunity to make a real impact!\n \n Key Duties and Responsibilities:\nMonitor daily, weekly, and monthly SEO performance, delivering commercially focused reports with actionable insights.\nLead and mentor a team of two SEO Specialists and a Digital PR Executive to achieve lead generation and revenue goals.\nAnalyse search trends and prioritise high-converting keyword strategies to drive business value.\nDevelop confident, proactive responses to algorithm updates to protect rankings and seize new opportunities.\nIdentify and escalate technical SEO issues, collaborating with developers to deliver impactful fixes.\nOversee Core Web Vitals, on-page SEO optimisation, and site health audits.\nPartner closely with the SEO Content Manager to align content strategies with SEO goals.\nLead and support digital PR and backlink campaigns to build domain authority and quality traffic.\nChampion SEO best practices across the business through early project involvement and internal training.\nDrive a culture of commercial focus, ensuring all SEO activities directly support business growth.\n Qualifications and Experience:\nAdvanced expertise in SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimisation.\nProven experience managing or mentoring a small SEO team with clear performance improvements.\nStrong proficiency in GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, and Screaming Frog.\nExceptional organisational skills and a deadline-focused mindset.\nProactive self-starter with a data-driven approach to decision making.\nHighly effective verbal and written communicator, adept at engaging technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong commercial awareness with a collaborative spirit and adaptability to change (e.g., algorithm updates).\nA passionate advocate for inclusion, diversity, and ethical standards in all activities.\n Additional Benefits:\nFree on-site parking (approx.
