This role focuses on introducing our security monitoring solutions to companies across the UK, helping them protect their valuable assets and maintain site security. Duties: Conduct outbound calls to decision-makers to introduce our security solutions Qualify prospects and identify key decision-makers within target organizations Schedule demonstrations and consultations with our technical team Maintain accurate records of all communications in our CRM system Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns Provide regular activity reports and sales forecasts Collaborate with the technical team to understand product capabilities and benefits Qualifications: Required: 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to learn and retain technical product information Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed Desired Experience: Previous experience in construction, security, or technology sales Familiarity with construction industry terminology and processes Experience with CRM systems Understanding of CCTV and security systems Skills & Competencies: Excellent telephone manner and verbal communication Strong listening and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport quickly Basic technical aptitude Resilient and persistent approach to sales Good time management and organizational skills Team player mentality If you have not heard from us within 48 hours, then please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
