The Role:
As a History Teacher, you will:
* Teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 history, creating engaging lessons that foster a love for learning.
* Plan and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons that meet individual student needs.
* Assess, monitor, and track student progress, contributing to their academic growth and success.
* Engage students in critical thinking about historical events and contexts, while promoting discussion and analysis.
The Ideal Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialization in history.
* Have experience teaching history within a UK secondary school setting.
* Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students to explore history.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
