You’ll be responsible for shaping product strategies, overseeing the development process from start to finish, and ensuring everything we deliver meets market needs and exceeds expectations.
Working closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams, you’ll be key to driving our vision forward
- creating exciting products that not only delight customers but also help our charity partners make a lasting imp act.
What You’l l Do: Product Strategy & Pl anning: Develop product strategies that align with our mission.
Use market research to understand customer needs, spot trends, apply quantitative/qualitative research techniques and analyse the compet ition.Project Mana gement: Oversee the entire product development process, from initial concept to launch.
Set project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure products are delivered on time and to the highest sta ndard.Cross-Functional Collabo ration: Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Design, and other teams to ensure our products meet customer expectations and business goals.
You’ll be the one keeping everyone aligned and on track.Product Design & Devel opment: Lead the creation of new products, managing everything from initial concept notes to final product requirem ents .Vendor & Supplier Mana gement: Work with external partners and suppliers to support product development and produ ction.Performance Moni toring: Track product performance post-launch, gather customer feedback, and drive improvements to ensure our products continue to shine.Compliance & Quality Ass urance: Ensure all products meet industry regulations and quality standards, addressing any issues that arise along th e way.
Who Y ou Are: E ducation: You’ve got a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Product Development, Engineering, Business, or a relate d field.Ex perience: 5 years of experience in Product Development or Product Management, ideally having had experience designing games, draws, competitions or rewards.
You have a proven track record of launching successful p roduct s .
Skills: Strong project management skills
