We are looking for a Client Relations & Business Development Manager who will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and collaborating with our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales and relationship management background who wants to grow with the company. There is an opportunity for partnership and future leadership (potential CEO role).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management & Business Development
1. Act as the main point of contact for all existing and potential clients.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, designers, and fashion startups.
3. Develop strategies to attract new clients and expand our customer base.
4. Guide clients through the manufacturing process, ensuring their needs are met.
5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
6. Provide feedback to the operations team to improve service offerings.
2. Marketing & Social Media Collaboration
1. Work closely with the marketing and social media team to align branding and outreach strategies.
2. Identify key markets and audiences to target for new business.
3. Help create promotional campaigns based on client insights.
4. Attend industry events, fashion trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Platinum Textiles.
3. Strategic Growth & Leadership
1. Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities.
2. Improve the customer experience to increase client retention.
3. Work towards a future leadership role (potential CEO) as the company grows.
4. Contribute to the company's long-term business strategy and vision.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Strong background in business development, sales, or client management.
2. Experience in fashion, textiles, or a related industry is a plus.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset – excited to help scale a growing business.
5. Experience working with marketing teams to drive business growth.
6. Proactive, independent, and able to take ownership of client relationships.
