Overview: We are partnering with a prestigious investment bank to enhance their HR portfolio through innovative project management and business analysis. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst/Project Manager (BA/PM) to lead and manage critical HR projects, ensuring seamless delivery and effective stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage HR portfolio projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery from initiation to completion.
2. Conduct business requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements.
3. Oversee RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management.
4. Lead stakeholder conversations, manage team members, and facilitate project-related discussions.
5. Coordinate with procurement for vendor selection and onboarding processes.
6. Implement a cloud-based solution integrated with Workday and payroll systems.
7. Engage with HR teams, particularly Reward and Benefits, to ensure project alignment and success.
8. Accurately scope and cost projects, maintaining a focus on EMEA remit with a primary base in London.
Desired Skills:
1. Proven experience in project management and business analysis, preferably within HR portfolios.
2. Strong ability to manage and lead projects from start to finish.
3. Expertise in RAID management and stakeholder engagement.
4. Proficiency in conducting business requirements gathering and documentation.
5. Experience with procurement processes, including RFPs and vendor onboarding.
6. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and integration with systems like Workday and payroll.
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
9. Knowledge of deferred compensation systems and financial management is a plus.
