Job Description:
As a leader in the ESG field, Deepki accelerates the transition of real estate players towards net-zero and in achieving their sustainability goals.
We are looking to grow our team with talented individuals who share our energy and motivation to accelerate the transition to net-zero on an international scale.
In order to strengthen our growth, we are looking for a Key Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and lead the in-life account strategy for a group of named key accounts.
2. Plan and execute account development plans, identify customer needs and opportunities for Deepki to deliver greater value.
3. Build a strong and diverse network of stakeholders, at all levels within a customer's organisation, and match these with Deepki colleagues where necessary.
4. Mobilise and co-ordinate in-house resources and expertise to create high-impact solutions and commercial proposals.
5. Anticipate, plan and manage the lifecycle events of the key accounts: tenders, contract renewals, negotiations, manage customer satisfaction, etc. to maximise ARR and retention.
6. Establish deep and lasting customer relationships to reinforce Deepki's reputation as a committed and trusted partner.
7. Uncover and manage commercial opportunities (installation, subscription, upsales).
8. Negotiate and close deals with customers.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
1. Experience navigating and driving complex sales of B2B SaaS solutions.
2. Consultative/value-selling, able to identify and articulate customer benefit.
3. Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
4. Experience influencing stakeholders, including c-suite.
5. Experience working with large/enterprise customers.
6. Strong organisational skills, rigorous approach and focused on execution.
7. Excellent English speaking and writing skills, French strong plus.
8. Genuine interest in environmental transition.
