Your role will involve: Supporting the Service Manager in delivering high-quality care and ensuring day-to-day management of the residential home. Leading a team to provide therapeutic care and support tailored to each individual child's needs. Acting as a positive role model for colleagues and young people, fostering an environment of trust and growth. Recording events, observations, and progress, as well as implementing care plans and reports. Developing and maintaining positive relationships that facilitate recovery, growth, and lasting change for the young people. What You’ll Need: A minimum of 12 months experience or knowledge of child-centered, therapeutic models. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships. Naturally caring, flexible, and resilient approach. Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People. Ability to work flexibly, including covering long day shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins
