Cubedigico is seeking a driven and innovative Product Development Manager to lead the creation and improvement of our product offerings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and market research to launch and post-launch analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and areas for product enhancement.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Define product requirements and specifications, translating customer needs and business objectives into detailed documentation.
• Manage the product development process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to oversee product design, development, and testing.
• Work closely with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
• Monitor product performance post-launch, analyzing key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in product development or management.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
