(Y)Our Opportunity We are looking to recruit a Data Administrator to join our team here at TKAT on a permanent basis. Working closely with the regional TKAT Data Lead, you will have a key role as part of a regional team to support the effective management of data. The role is for 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday and you will be based at home with an expectation to work from the Kemnal Technology College administration offices 1 day a week, this day is flexible. Please note that there maybe a requirement to work in the office on other occasions as requested by your line manager. The Data Administrator will contribute and continue the great progress already made within this area of the trust, the key responsibilities include: Prepare Trust and school levelPowerBi reports Process data queries and support data management tasks Troubleshoot data flow issues for user provisioning and 2 way sync of data between the MIS and 3rd party solutions Escalate to the Data Lead any data breaches they are made aware of Carry out audits as assigned by the Data Lead for both data and user access The ideal Data Administrator will be someone who: Has a relevant degree or equivalent experience Has Secure knowledge of PowerBI report creation and editing Has Experience of working with data management and analysis solutions Recognises when colleagues are under pressure and volunteers to assist them where possible Works within teams and across boundaries to share knowledge and achieve results Focuses their time and efforts on issues that will have the greatest impact on agreed objectives Investing in our employees wellbeing and career development is a priority for us, we can offer you : Excellent ongoing CPD and training programs with a wealth of high quality development opportunities for all stages of career.
