We are seeking a passionate KS2 Supply Teacher to support primary schools across Ealing and Harrow. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons across KS1 and KS2, following existing plans and adapting to the needs of the class. Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Provide continuity in teaching during staff absences, ensuring pupils stay on track with their learning. Build rapport with pupils and staff quickly to foster a productive classroom atmosphere. Maintain a professional and flexible approach to different school environments and teaching challenges. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching KS1 or ks2. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new settings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with pupils and staff. A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for education.
