Main duties of the job
Your focus as a Residential Care Manager will be to manage the group of Care Supervisors within the home, ensuring that a high-quality delivery of personal care is provided to our residents. You will be an advocate for all residents, maintaining their best interest in all areas of their wellbeing. Other responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating the resident assessment process, ensuring that the planned care is accurate and reflected in each individual care plan.
* Supporting, guiding, and developing team members.
* Managing the process of ensuring that all equipment is stored in line with the manufacturer's instructions and is cleaned and stored appropriately after use.
* Ensuring compliance with the Safe Medication Management programme, with robust auditing procedures.
* Undertaking Quality Care Spot Checks, reporting on the quality of care provided by Care Supervisors, Carers, and Senior Carers within their team.

Minimum Requirements
To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate must have:
* NVQ Level 4 in Care or equivalent.
* A minimum of two years' experience in long-term care or a similar industry.
* Experience in leading a team in a similar care environment.

* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
