Key Responsibilities: Provide a solutions-focused employee relations service that aligns with the Values and People Plan Support managers in conducting investigations and first formal hearings Offer advice and support on contractual issue Build and manage proactive working relationships with recognized Trade Unions Assist the People Business Partner in restructures and change management initiatives Develop and support line managers in handling employee relations, performance management, attendance management, and employee engagement Utilise the employee relations systems and processes for efficient reporting, monitoring, and management of casework Advise and support managers in recruitment processes Produce reports and management information Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Deliver HR-related training activities Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in an HR advisory role. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and case law. CIPD level 5 Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in employee relations, performance management, and change management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics.
