YouTube Creator Marketing Programs and Events Manager, EMEA

Rate: £46.15 p/h (Inisde IR35)
Hours: 9am – 6pm (Hybrid – Tues – Thurs in office)
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive marketing outcomes for multiple projects/products by leading initiatives and getting things started.
* Lead user research, and market analysis, and share insights to make business recommendations on products and features.
* Create user journeys and strategies to improve customer experiences, working with different teams.
* Identify growth opportunities to boost user engagement and adoption of new or existing product features.
* Develop and execute marketing plans in collaboration with sales and marketing leadership.
* Help define project scope, manage priorities, and allocate resources effectively.
* Set clear goals and track progress to measure success.
* Manage competing stakeholder interests and keep everyone updated on potential issues.
* Identify and propose new opportunities beyond the usual scope.
* Prioritize the most impactful ideas to drive growth and make strong business decisions independently.
Additional Responsibilities (Specific to Role):
* Work closely with global and local teams, including creators, to strengthen brand messaging across various markets.
* Coordinate efforts for the EMEA region and act as a liaison between the US and European teams.
* Oversee time-sensitive brand operations and campaign marketing.
Skills & Experience:
* Brand Management: Experience in branding, brand development, and creating strategies to improve brand presence (e.g., through advertising, digital marketing, or partner events).
* Campaign Management: Knowledge of the entire marketing campaign process, including planning, strategy, execution, and reporting.
* Client/Partner Management: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners, managing expectations and influencing decisions using data and effective communication. This can include working directly or indirectly with partners.
* Consumer Behaviour: Understanding of consumer behaviour (both digital and traditional) and how it influences product strategy, sales cycles, and program design.
* Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyse data, draw conclusions, propose solutions, and evaluate business outcomes to improve strategies and planning.
* Go-to-Market Knowledge: Understanding user needs and helping products enter the market, providing feedback for product improvement.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, key players, and technology issues that affect the business or market.
* Marketing Briefs: Ability to write clear, actionable briefs that outline the goals and objectives of marketing campaigns.
* Product Positioning: Skill in articulating key product messages, features, and benefits to the target audience.
* Situational Leadership: Confidence in engaging with senior leaders and managing high-pressure situations, addressing concerns, and defending project decisions professionally.
* Storytelling: Ability to use data to tell compelling stories that inspire and influence audiences, building empathy and buy-in.
Preferred Experience:
* Experience with social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and creator agencies is a plus.
* Previous work with competitors in social media is a bonus.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or similar roles.
* Fluency in English (additional languages like Dutch are a plus).
