The role
We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own and optimize our post-application marketing funnel, ensuring that more leads successfully convert into enrolled students. You will develop and execute email, SMS, retargeting, and re-engagement campaigns that nurture applicants through the admissions process and beyond. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives on improving conversion rates, engagement, and revenue through highly personalized and automated marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Conversion Optimization: Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to increase conversion rates from applicants to enrolled students.
* Email & SMS Campaigns: Design and automate nurture sequences, follow-ups, and promotional campaigns to keep applicants engaged.
* Retargeting & Remarketing: Work closely with paid media teams to launch re-engagement and resurrection campaigns for unresponsive leads.
* CRM & Automation: Utilize our CRM data to segment audiences and build automated workflows that improve engagement.
* Personalization & A/B Testing: Implement data-driven personalization tactics and continuously test messaging, timing, and channels.
* Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs such as open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, and ROI.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email/SMS marketing, or CRM automation, preferably in a high growth B2C startup or education/edtech environment.
* Proven experience with marketing automation tools
* Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
* Hands-on experience with segmentation, personalization, and behavioral targeting strategies.
* Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with Growth, Product, and Sales teams.
* Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to interpret and act on marketing data.
