The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education to include GCSE in Maths and English (Grade A to C); have proven keyboard skills and an NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Administration. Proven experience in NHS leadership and change management is essential. You will need to be a team player with NHS experience, and using databases such as PAS, Infoflex and Microsoft applications. You should have a good understanding of Cancer and RTT pathways as well as awareness and understanding of other national targets. You will have the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team with excellent written and verbal communication skills and organisational abilities.
